Totty Quiz is the fortieth episode (fifteenth in second season) of Osomatsu-san.

Plot
The UMA Exploration Team 2
Iyami, Hatabō and Jyushimatsu in disguising as Chupacabra.
The creature featured in the second segment is Chupacabra Deluxe, which is green, nocturnal and sucks blood from human.
The team dresses up as Chupacabra and try to walk in the dark quietly, but Hatabo sneezes and Jyushi farts repeatedly, causing Iyami to cover them up.
They eventually get ganged up by the creatures, who are civilized when meeting the team at first, but commence attack when the team try to pose as one of them (presumably in attacking position).
Jar
Ichimatsu tried to opening up the jar.
Ichimatsu enters kitchen for breakfast, cannot open jam jar.
Then Osomatsu, Karamatsu, Jyushimatsu, Choromatsu and Todomatsu come in one-by-one to try opening the jar without success. Not even they do it together or when Matsuyo enters and does it herself.
The segments ends with Matsuyo throwing the jar outside.
Karamatsu Taxi
Totoko inside Taxi of Karamatsu.
Totoko needs to hurry, a taxi comes, to her relief. However, the driver is Karamatsu, who plays cool along the way and ends up wasting her time because he's a newbie but pretends to be a veteran.
He finally complies his customer and uses navigation, but his taxi keeps going nuts when he's entering the address. In fury, Totoko offers him some money and orders him to quit. Kara panics and goes into a forest crying, and Totoko counsels him in a flower field.
She offers directions and encourages Kara to drive again. When they arrive at the correct destination, Totoko pays him a large sum and encourages him again. In the end, though, Kara gets angry when he finds out Totoko is going to an interview and is a newbie herself.
Totty Quiz
Todomatsu hosting his own quiz show.
Totty holds a "4th annual quiz" for his brothers. The questions are as follows.

- Karamatsu narrate the preview for the next episode.
Jar
- Choromatsu demanding the jar from Oso resembles his refusal to hand over his loot to Totoko in "Ninja Fappymatsu" (Segment in Episode 19).
- Totty presents mobile knowledge (parody of Yahoo! Knowledge) answer but the others play it down as if they already know it.
Karamatsu Taxi
- This skit is presumably in the same universe as "New Employee Totoko" in Episode 35.
Totty Quiz
- Questions 4 to 6 are all sex or porn innuendos.
- The brothers complain at questions 5 and 6 about "there's no correct answer" but end up playing anyways; however, they simply don't move at questions 8 and 9.
- Question 7 references the previous episode.
- Question 8 probably demonstrates the Sextuplets as academically challenged.
- Ichimatsu is the person who gets the most correct answers (Q4 and Q7), while the others all get one (Choro at Q4 while Oso, Kara and Jyushi at Q7)
